We currently ship across India.
For bulk or international orders, please contact our support team before placing your order.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days
Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 4 to 7 business days

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with reliable courier partners, delays may occur due to external factors beyond our control.
If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact our support team and we will assist you promptly.

8. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

Please take clear photos of the package and product.
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

We will review the case and arrange a suitable resolution as per our return/refund policy.

9. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of checkout.
EcoComb Wraps will not be responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
